Application Terms of Service
These Terms apply to SK Peak applications and services, including Chalk, unless a separate written agreement or app-specific terms apply.
1. Use of SK Peak applications
Users may use SK Peak applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users are responsible for the content, documents, credentials, API keys, and third-party accounts they connect to our applications. Our Privacy Policy explains how SK Peak handles information for our website and applications.
2. User-controlled integrations
Some applications, including Chalk, allow users to connect third-party services such as Google Drive or AI API providers. Users decide which integrations to enable and are responsible for ensuring they have the right to access and process the content they select.
3. AI-generated output
AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, summaries, lesson-plan drafts, search results, or other outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in an educational or professional setting.
4. Third-party services
SK Peak applications may interoperate with third-party services such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI/API providers. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices. SK Peak is not responsible for third-party services or for how they process data submitted to them by the user or by user-configured app features.
5. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
Applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that any application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user’s specific needs.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms as our applications and services evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
