SK Peak

SK Peak builds Chalk, a desktop application for teachers that connects to user-selected Google Drive folders, Docs, and Sheets with read-only access, then helps organize lesson plans, calendars, and classroom materials into a searchable AI-assisted planning workspace.

Practical AI

We use AI where it helps users reason over their own material, not as a gimmick or a replacement for human judgment.

Data clarity

Our apps should explain what they access, why they access it, where it is stored, and which providers may process it.

Craft and calm

We aim for interfaces that feel capable, polished, and calm — cool enough to remember, professional enough to trust.

What SK Peak provides

SK Peak is the software brand behind Chalk. Chalk helps teachers turn existing classroom materials into lesson plans by making selected Google Drive folders, Google Docs, and Google Sheets easier to search, reference, and reuse in an AI-assisted planning workflow.

Application functionality

  • Connects to Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets with read-only access.
  • Lets teachers select folders, documents, and spreadsheets that contain curriculum, calendars, lessons, and classroom notes.
  • Downloads or exports selected content for local search, reference, and AI-assisted lesson-plan creation.

Purpose for requesting Google data

Chalk requests Google user data only so teachers can use their own planning materials inside the app. Google content is used to provide document discovery, download/export, local processing, search, and lesson-planning features requested by the user.

User controls and privacy

Users choose which Google Drive folders, Docs, or Sheets Chalk may inspect. Chalk does not upload, modify, delete, or write back to Google Drive, Docs, or Sheets content. See the SK Peak Privacy Policy for the same policy URL used on the OAuth consent screen.

First app

Chalk helps teachers create from their own planning history.

Chalk connects to user-selected Google Drive folders, Docs, and Sheets with read-only access, analyzes lesson-planning material, and helps teachers search, reference, and create new lesson plans that fit their context.
